With the emergence of the high-power switch devices, digital special integratedcircuit and the in-depth improvement of the control theory, the AC servo controlsystems have been developing extensively and rapidly, in which the control theoryand application research of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) havebecome a research focus of the AC servo control system. Now, all-digital servosystem is one of the development directions of AC drives system, especially to ACservo system.Focusing on the PMSM, this paper analyzes the algebraic model of PMSM, theprinciple of the AC servo system and the control regulation of space voltage vector.Based on these work as well as the reference to related research results from nativeand foreign, a motor control special chip DSP (Digital SignalProcessor)-TMS320LF2407 produced by TI Company is adopted as control core, andthe intelligent power module is used as power transform equipment. The VectorControl system and the Direct Torque Control system of PMSM, both of which areall-digital and based on DSP, are analyzed and designed.In order to improve the static and dynamic performance, a new all-digital fuzzydirect torque control servo system of AC PMSM based on DSP is designed andconstructed, in which the traditional space voltage vector selector is replaced by ananalytic fuzzy control state selector. Based on the conventional direct torque system,the adjusting of magnetic linkage and torque both adopt fuzzy control strategy andfuzzy control rule is generated in an analytic way. In the conventional direct torquecontrol system, Bang-Bang control was used to adjust the magnetic linkage andtorque, however, its capacitance difference restricts the system performance, whichcauses the voltage space vectors chosen by system similar no matter the error is big orsmall and the response not quick enough when the system is start-up or the rotatespeed breaks as well as big pulsation amplitude of torque. The fuzzy direct torquecontrol servo system designed in this paper avoids these disadvantages effectively. Inorder to verify the validity of this scheme, the simulation experiments are carried out,and simulation results represent the above control scheme is feasible and the systemhas good robust as well as static and dynamic performance.
