WPC(wave piercing catamaran)is showing its outstanding performance in many areas,with unparalleled advantages,so countries around the world are more and more concerned about it.However,when WPC is at a high speed,the pitch has a great influence on its performance.Therefore,general measure is a stern flap installed on the catamaran tail,together with the other attached device to reduce pitching.The purpose of this paper is aimed at researching and designing a set of catamaran stern flap servo system,and can control the angle of catamaran stern flap and its load torque.First of all,the purpose and significance of the research are summarized.According to the functional requirements of the system and the design index,a design scheme of catamaran stern plate electric servo system was proposed.The whole system mainly includes three sections: the drive control part,the load control part and the host computer information transmission part.Among of them,the drive control part is used to control the angle of the stern flap,the load control part is used to control the load torque of stern flap,the information transmission part.The host computer is used to give the instruction signal and monitor and display the relevant parameters.Then,the drive part was modeled and analyzed and a design method for the drive control system was proposed based on vector control and SVPWM.And the engineering setting method of the parameters of each loop PI controller was given.Then,the position loop controller of the drive servo system was optimized based on the fuzzy control.Lastly,the simulation and analysis of the stern flap drive servo system were carried out by MATLAB.And it was proved that the design method of the drive control system can achieve the performance requirement of the system performance index.Next,the modeling and analysis for loading part were carried out and a design method for load control system was proposed based on DTC and its improvement method.Then,the principle and implementation of PWM inverter were studied,and the four quadrant operation of the loading motor was explained.Finally,based on MATLAB,the simulation and analysis of the stern flap loading system were carried out,which proves the validity of the designed loading control system.Afterwards,the design of main hardware circuit and program of system controller was completed with the aid of TMS320F28335 DSP.Then,the design and development of host computer software were carried out by using the laboratory virtual instrument software LabVIEW.It has the functions of data monitoring,system parameter setting and control.And it has the function of data monitoring,system parameter setting and control.Finally,the software and hardware of the design scheme of the servo system of the stern flap were tested by using the laboratory equipment,including A/D correction experiment,absolute encoder reading experiment and waveform generation and acquisition experiment.The test results proved that the proposed design of catamaran stern flap servo system was feasible.And it has a good reference value for engineering designers..
