The Design And Practise Of Productive Line For CYQD32 Blocks

During the technical renovation of diesel engine manufacturing field,exceptgood selection of product and strengthen self-developing ability,it also needs as thechanges of market,build a suitable production line for the market demand in therespect as the key,establish a flexible production line for box type parts,such asengine block and cylinder head,so that it can do mass production according to thechanges of product and occupy the market.CYQD32 series diesel engine is manufactured by importing Nissan Diesel/Japantechnology , which is a new generation vehicle diesel engine with advancedinternational level。This paper briefly introduces the major performance,structuralcharacteristics,the course of local production and market development of CYQD32diesel engine,hence explains the importance of CYQD32 diesel engine developmentand improvement of product manufacture technology.According to the specific situation of CYQD32 engine block and our companyproduction programme,this paper introduces in detail the machining line of CYQD32engine block,such as the process design,machining of key procedure,selection ofprocess equipment and accuracy adjustment of machining center。In the investigationof process layout design on engine block machining,the rough milling of top ,bottom ,two end faces and two side faces and rough boring are to be done in roughmachining line of engine block,then transfers to the finish machining line,performssemi-finish and finish machining with machining center 。 The design andimplementation of this machining line has fully shown the advancement andrationality if selected layout design。In the respect of type selection of processequipment,in the light of improving the manufacture technology of diesel engine andcreating condition for uniting flexible manufacture system in future, the finishmachining line uses flexible manufacture line ,which effectively ensures the designrequirement of product so as to suit the rapid development of national automobileindustry ,fast respond to the change requirement of the market .The operation of CYQD32 engine block machining line has solved the difficultproblems in the key machining procedure of engine block that exist for a longtime ,such as the machining accuracy of spindle hole and cylinder bore are low ,themachining accuracy of engine block has improved,hence the quality of the wholediesel engine has improved,the market competitive ability of Chaochai diesel enginehas strengthened.
