With China's rapid economic development and improve the level of agricultural mechanization, the demand for agricultural machinery shows high performance, quality and diversity trends. Internal combustion engine power unit as agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery is a key component of the most important, its economy of agricultural machinery, technical and reliability have important implications in the production and use of agricultural machinery plays an important role. The main part is the internal combustion engine cylinder block, accounting for 32% of the total weight of internal combustion engines, manufacturing costs 28%,21% of the total manufacturing time, the quality of the internal combustion engine cylinder block machining quality plays a key role. Therefore, to study how to use high-speed machining centers as the representative of advanced manufacturing technology on internal combustion engine cylinder block machining, and cutting process parameters are optimized to improve the technological level of agricultural machinery in China, promote agricultural mechanization has important practical significance and great economic value.Previous experience in the absorption of this paper, based on the level optimal creatively put forward the design idea:First of all the factors that will affect the cutting into dominant regression parameters and regression parameters of non-dominant two categories, and then for two different parameters the characteristics of different optimization methods were used.First, specific cutting environment, tool material and tool parameters an optimization:the material for the cylinder components were analyzed with the technical requirements, select the appropriate tool material, on this basis, according to the basic law of high-speed cutting and past research results, quality indicators for the optimization of processing objectives, to optimize the use of orthogonal experiment to obtain a set of optimized tool parameters. Combined analysis of single factor experiments the impact of the tool parameters and cutting force, and further confirms the validity of the value of parameter optimization tool. Based on the optimization of the level of cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut for secondary optimization:A tool to optimize the parameters obtained by cutting experiment, the establishment of a cutting force model. Then create the highest productivity, lowest cost, maximum profit, the best effect for the optimization goal, cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth for the design variables, tool parameters, machine parameters, workpiece quality, as the constraint fixture parameters multi-constraint optimization model.Optimization results of the cylinder internal combustion engine high-speed milling machining center part has a strong practical significance. More importantly, the level used in route optimization ideas and unique technology, the promotion of universal values, click here to optimize the technical route to other parts of the production is of great significance.
