This article, from the view of the kinematics and kinetics of asphalt concretepaver, elaborate the parameter design of running system theoretically. And it alsoanalyze the driver and control theory of the running system, acquire the transferfunction of its control system, which lay the basis for the number control (NC) of thepaver running system, it put this achievement into reality design, this research havesignificant mean both reality and theory.1. This article adopt traditional means analyze, calculate and check thekinematics and kinetics of asphalt concrete paver and the parameter of the hydraulicdriver system, establish velocity specialty equation. Analyze the design and use statusquo about paver work speed when it is under work condition, from the angle ofefficiency, it demonstrate the rational work point of the hydraulic system in detail.2. It discuss the control model of the hydraulic pump, motor and its relateproportion valve of the travel hydraulic press system, it establish the transfer functionsof tilted tray obliquity position loop, piston-tilted tray obliquity adjust equipment,pump-motor assembled system, motor-vehicle velocity tache, and so on. It constructsthe dynamic specialty mathematic model of whole hydraulic press driver system, andit also does some equivalent treatment with the load of the vehicle running system.3. It analyzes the basic requirement of the paver running control system, thevelocity curve of the running, starting, stopping process. Elaborate the design schemeof running system, in order to realize the control of the paver ,s forward, backward,starting, stopping, accelerate, decelerate, left-right turning, and turning at the sameplace ,it put emphasis on constant speed control technology .make use of NCmicroprocessor(MPU), adopt number PID control arithmetic ,fulfill the constant speedcontrol of running system , load synchronization, steering straight. Realize wholecontrol of the paver running and driver.4. After assess the property of the prototype, it demonstrate the rationality of theresearch.
