The paper concludes the paver' s traveling controller both here and abroad . At the same time, it analyzes the study on the paver's traveling controller which was done by the doctor and master' s papers of Chang' an University to give the study content of this paper; It surveys the actuality of the paver' s construction work speed and design work speed and brings forward the diversity of the paver' s designer and user; The paper studies the paver' s work stability of low speed with experiment. It gets the conclusion that paver' s unsteadiness in low work speed influences the construction quantity using the changing of the dense degree and hydraulic pressure system' s flux and pressure; Using AMESim (Advanced Modeling Environment for simulation) software, it establishes LT12G0 paver' s traveling hydraulic pressure system' s simulation model to simulate the paver' s traveling hydraulic pressure system and studies the acceleration time and the ability to oppugn the load change when it has a low speed; Using DSP as the core processor, the paper completes the controller' s software and hardware design. On the base of the basic function like running forwards and backwards, starting, braking, turning, right and left and soon, it also studies the controller' s communications like CAN , SCI and GSM, LCD display and electric fault diagnosis; Using the multiplex filter action to control, the controller is disturbed uneasily by outside; Through the experiment, validate the function and the control capability of the controller.
