Aiming at the problem on measuring multi-parameters of submunition in the ejection andscattering process, the sensor principle of the submunition parameters measurement inabominable environment is studied and analyzed by mathematical means, which is based oncomprehensive analysis of the current actuality in domestic and international. Themulti-parameters measurement system of acceleration and angular velocity of submunition inthe ejection and scattering process is mostly designed, and the design of the hardware,software and reliability of on-board measurement system are discussed in detail. In thehardware design, the choosing of sensors,the regulation of signal,A/D transition,FLASHmemory and CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Devices) are analyzed deeply;In thesoftware design, all function modules are introduced;In the reliability design, on the base ofanalysis of the factors which affect the system reliability, the experiment equipment isdesigned and the intensity of the equipment is analyzed. Moreover, the tiny volume and lowpower consumption are noticed during the design process. Finally, the result of rotary tableexperiment is analyzed. Besides, in order to improve precision of the data, Wavelet isintroduced to limit the high frequency noise and the result is notable.In the process of system design and analysis, to meet the abominable environment of theejection and scattering process, the integrating for digital circuit modules by CPLD achievedthe purpose of system micromation and the data storing with FLASH memory improved thereliability of the measurement system.
