Research And Application On Data Saving Module Based On Compact Flash Card

Compared with other storage which used previously, the CF card has so many advantages such as antiknock, big capacity, low power consumption, low price and easy to insert and pull out etc. The CF card is five to ten times more rugged and reliable than disk drives including those found in PC Card Type I and Type II products. After carefully studying the control mechanism of the CF card, it adopts the management of the File Allocation Table document system of Microsoft Company. Moreover, it makes good use of the lowest power consumption MCU as the main controller to complete the management of module. Both the communication and the time system of the module are designed in the article. Finally, the author introduces the software on PC, which makes the uploading the data from the storage and the management of the documents come true. All those mentioned above makes the whole machine function get a further perfect exaltation.The data acquisition equipment based on the CF card utilizes the new storage and document management, which raise the instrument function, providing a new method and module for the data acquisition of strong motion recorder, preparing for the development of the strong motion recorder. After the refined experiment test, the module based on the CF card has many advantages, such as good stability, control vividly, pocket, lower power consumption etc, which can fully satisfy the need of the storage of the strong motion recorder.
