Along with speedy developing of Product Data Management (PDM), Version Management (VM) as a core function of PDM, its importance also is more and more outstanding. VM can help enterprise to manage data and information systematically. But, current VM used by enterprise just manages some normal versions and data submitted by users. In design process, a great deal of mid versions and analysis data can not be recorded nicely, cause mid data's lost and confusion, and make against over-using and knowledge accumulation of these data. Because mid versions and analysis data contain plenty of design information and methods, how to providesystematical management is a crucial problem to solve.Aim at the defects of VM and application needs of enterprise, with aero-engine blade products for example, bring forward general version management based on design process, study its core technique, and exploit the ante-type system. The concrete work of the thesis mainly includes:Establish the general version management model based on design process, to manage useful data in all tache of the product design process uniformly and effectively.Fulfill the research of version graphic model based on design history, describe and express complex inheritance relationship of general versions.Define the concept of version design knowledge, establish version management model based on design knowledge, obtain and use knowledge information in general version.Develop the general version management ante-type system which faces to the design process of aero-engine blade products.
