Study On Space Development And Coordinate Mechanism On The North Bank Of Hangzhou Bay

With the development of economic global and regional integration, the regions become more depend on and associate each other, coordination is turn into the most pivotal factor in regional development. The coordination of regional space development is an important component part of the regional coordination. It is the precondition and foundation that the region gets further development and takes part in external competition. However, the regional space development has discovered remarkable questions in reality, which must have the reason of system. The finally aim of regional development will be to find approach to realize whole regional coordination development. Accordingly, the thesis establishes model of space development, including functional orientation, space development goal, and putting forward the strategies and whole space layout which is "many center development, one development belt".By analyzing two cases, the effectual regional coordinate mechanism should mostly include two factors: One is regional authoritative institution which should have the legislative competence, the power of planning and investment. Another isregional planning which should have legal status.
