| Metropolitan circle and urban agglomeration have become the important space carrier for new-type urbanization human resource layout.It is a prerequisite for this work to scientifically and fully understand the characteristics of the employment spatial pattern of Metropolitan circle.On the premise of defining the concept and components of the employment space in a developing metropolitan circle,this study preliminarily summarizes the basic characteristics of the development of the employment space in a developing metropolitan circle through the analysis of related theories such as multi-center employment and advanced cases in Tokyo metropolitan circle in Japan.On this basis,the developmental typical representative of metropolitan circle-Ji Nan Metropolitan Circle as an example for the empirical analysis,from the center on identification,job division and the main commuter channel analysis three aspects analyze the employment space features of Ji Nan Metropolitan Circle Jinan metropolitan circle,and further from the economic,social and environmental aspects of building index system through the regression model to determine the factors influencing the employment space.Through analysis and research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The research on the employment space of the developmental metropolitan circle should focus on three parts: the identification of the employment center,the division of the employment circle and the analysis of the commuter corridor.The developmental metropolitan circle is in the middle stage between the nurturing and mature metropolitan circle.Although the employment center system is still dominated by a single center,it begins to show the spatial tendency of multi-center,and the peripheral secondary employment role gradually highlights.The employment proportion of core circle is the largest in the whole metropolitan circle,but the employment growth of central circle and peripheral circle is obvious.Commuting is dominated by centripetal commuting within the city,but commuting phenomena across circles gradually appear.(2)Jinan Metropolitan Circle is a typical representative of the developmental metropolitan circle,and its employment space is in the pattern of "one principal and three vice,one belt and two circles".Among them,"one main" refers to the owner's center,near Lixia District of Jinan;"Three vice" refers to the existence of three secondary employment centers,namely,Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City,Decheng District of Dezhou City and Taishan District of Taian City."One Belt" refers to the metropolitan employment-intensive belt consisting of 13 districts and counties,including Lixia District of Jinan;The "two circles" refers to the middle circle composed of 18 districts and counties such as Jiyang District and Shanghe County,which is around the employment intensive zone and the outer circle composed of 21 districts and counties around the three employment secondary centers of Taian Taishan District,Liaocheng Dongchang District and Dezhou Decheng District.(3)At present,there are two regional economic and commuting corridors in Jinan Metropolitan Circle,and the commuting degree of each circle is different.They are the East-west Jiaoji Railway and the south-north Beijing-Shanghai Railway(Shandong section)respectively.In particular,The Role of Jiaoji Railway in commuting and employment space organization is greater than that of The Beijing-Shanghai Railway(Shandong section).In the direction of Jiaoji Line,the economic strength of county-level units between Jinan and Zibo is relatively high,and many traffic stations are set up.The supporting conditions for cross-district commuting in towns along the line are relatively good.In the direction of Beijing and Shanghai,most of them set up stops in large and medium-sized cities such as Tai 'an,Jinan and Dezhou,which are also far away from each other,so the driving effect of commuting is not obvious.At the same time,from the point of view of the urban circle in Jinan,the number of commuting within the employment cluster zone is large and the number of external traffic is relatively large.The commuting volume of the middle circle is small,and there is basically no external travel.The commuting volume of the outer circle is between the employment cluster zone and the middle circle,and the commuting volume of the secondary central counties is relatively large.(4)The employment space pattern of Jinan Metropolitan Circle is obviously affected by economic factors,at the same time,geographical,administrative and traffic factors also play a role.According to the analysis,gross domestic product(GDP),urbanization rate and per capita road area of counties have a positive correlation effect on the employment space of metropolitan area,while industrial output value and fixed investment have a negative correlation effect on the employment space of metropolitan area.In the analysis of other influencing factors,geographical factors,traffic factors,administrative factors all have an impact on the employment space pattern of Jinan metropolitan circle.Compared with previous research,the innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: First,this paper initially proposed the research framework and stage development characteristics of the development space of the developmental metropolitan area from the related theories and typical case analysis;Second,this paper uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to preliminarily realize an empirical analysis of the employment spatial pattern of Jinan metropolitan area.In addition,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the spatial pattern of Jinan metropolitan circle with employment space as the entry point,and the conclusion is different from the previous research conclusions based on administrative and economic zoning,which can provide targeted Suggestions for the next step to promote the healthy development of Jinan Metropolitan Circle. |
