As a large bulk material storage structure,steel silo is widely used in many fields,such as agriculture,mining,chemical industry,coal,oil and so on,with the advantages of small area,large storage,less building materials and fast building speed.With the development of economic construction,the construction of steel silos is becoming more and more high and the diameter is more and more large.When the steel silo is subjected to wind load,it may be inflectional due to a long time impact and may also be damaged by strong wind in a short time.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the wind induced buckling and dynamic response of steel silos.First of all,using the eigenvalue method and the arc length method,the flexion mode and critical buckling load of the steel plate silo under the wind load are analyzed by ABAQUS software,and then the wind buckling of silos with different grain height is studied,and the different critical wind pressure and critical wind speed are calculated.With the increase of the pile material in the silo,the silo is less prone to buckling and failure.At the same time,the anti buckling performance of the single storehouse is preliminarily explored.Secondly,using the Auto-Regressive(AR)model to calculate the design wind speed time and the typhoon wind speed time history as the dynamic response analysis of the wind speed time history data.The natural frequency,mode participation coefficient and effective modal mass of the structure are obtained by analyzing the mode shape of the model,and the Rayleigh damping coefficient of the steel silos is calculated.Then,the dynamic analysis of the steel plate silo structure is carried out by the time history analysis method.The dynamic response of the steel silo under different storage load conditions is studied under the design wind speed.The stress and displacement of the steel silo at different time in different storage height are obtained,and the different position of the silo is analyzed.Under the design of wind speed,the silo will not be damaged by excessive stress or excessive deformation;silo can effectively resist wind pressure and reduce the deformation of the wall of the windward face when stored in the silo.When the silo is arranged,the "Canyon effect" will be produced near the silo near the corner of the silo,and the maximum displacement of the silo exceeds the structure.The permissible displacement may cause damage.Finally,the dynamic response analysis of steel silos with different storage height under the action of typhoon is carried out.Under the action of typhoon,the single silo may be unstable because of insufficient strength.At the same time,the deformation of the top of the silo is too large,which may precede the failure of the silo.When the silo is stored,the grain load will increase when the wind speed is very large.The deformation of the silo at the 90 degree circumference;the maximum equivalent stress of the silo is more than the allowable strength and the yield strength of the material in the group arrangement,and the maximum displacement exceeds the allowable displacement of the structure,which will cause the destabilization and failure of the silo.
