The high cut slope is the artificial steep slope transformed from natural pitch through human project activity. Whenever an accident occur, it is very easy to cause the damage to the highways, railroads, buildings and workshops nearby. Therefore there is every necessity to make cautious analysis of its stability, so as to provide the project a safe and sound data basis.As the project goes deeper, the stability analysis of high cut slope requires more and more complicating calculation as well as a heavier involvement with the computer and the related soft wares: for instance: the Spatial analysis module of the commercial software GIS must be used in the Three dimensional stable analysis. And the numerical analysis method can not be done until the foreign software of Numerical analysis is introduced. What is wanted here is the Independent intellectual property rights. At the meanwhile, in the programming of the slope stability analysis, certain problems exist: the work of data-making is tremendously heavy and mistakes are unavoidable;the individual module is absent, which makes other auxiliary software a necessarily;the visualization is so poor that a user need to spend much time familiarizing the software.To solve the problems in the evaluation system of the slope stability, this paper has made researches with the special project of territorial resources (SXKY4-041) from following aspects:(1) This article gives some discussions about all of them. We mainly do some research work on visualization, have realized the integration of space data and attribute data, have established the calculation model under various destruction modes of the method of limit equilibrium through parameterization modeling way, point, line, surface in vector carry on topological analysis, solve stability think visual key problem of procedure making.(2) The concrete rules and ways of the basic system designs in the system of stability evaluation are posed, such as: Database design, functional module design, and surface design.(3) The test for the evaluation system of the high cut slope stability projected is made;and the result indicates the evaluation methods do meet the Precision requirement.
