Any strips destruction between the steel plate and the concrete can cause expiration to the strengthened beams with bonding steel plates, also the destruction has the remarkable brittleness. Strips destruction cause concrete beam and the steel plate cannot work well together. As a result, the intensity of steel plate cannot be able to obtain fully. Analysis about the interfacial stresses of the strengthened RC beams bonded with steel plates is the key to obtain its supporting capacity. The stress and the shearing stress general formula has been infered.The bonding effect of steel plate and concrete beam is decided by three aspects, namely between steel plate and adhesive layer, adhesive layer own as well as between adhesive layer and concrete. Formerly the test result and the project practice indicated that generally conglutination between the adhesive layer and the concrete is weakest. Using the elastic analysis theory, the paper established a formula which can consider the bonding slip.Frequently, adhesive layer material itself has the impurity, the air bubble or the caking contact surface has the flaw ,and so on. These factors can cause the local stress centralized phenomenon.According to the experimental parameter in related literature,this article carry on the value simulation analysis under static condition interfacial stress. With the finite element theory, the analysis changes each kind of parameters that included loading environment,the reasonable material model and stess-strain relations to obtain the result which the experiment not suitably obtains. The factors that influence the interfacial stresses between the steel plate and the concrete are the loading change, two-stress, the spatial drum flaw area length in the span center, the spatial drum flaw area length in the anchor zone, the spatial drum flaw area position, the spatial drum flaw sector number, adhesive layer thickness, the adhesive layer elasticity modulus, steel plate thickness, steel plate elasticity modulus, and so on. In ending ,the paper indicated a measure which can reduce the interfacial stresses peak value through the processing adhesive layer on steel plate two-sides.
