Nowadays more and more structures are losing their value for the security problems and the waste of resource. Reinforcing these structure can meet the security needs and also make a great fortune to the society.The excellence of reinforced concrete beam which is reinforced by bonding steel plates is easier to operate and reduce the cost. Using ethoxyline resin bond steel plates to make the original structure and steel plate work as a whole, and also improve the structure bearing by increaseing rigidity. Both reinforced and concrete stress was improved obviously.This thesis, referenced the achievement of reinforced concrete beam by bonding steel plates both internal and external,based on the classical mechanical model examination and used the existing finite element analysis software (ANSYS) as the operation interface. At the same time this dissertation analysised the physical model and proved that the FEM method is fit for the real situation. Through this way we can analysis the bearing,crack,stress,strain and many other index of every materials during the whole process of loading.The mechanical character of reinforced concrete beams with bonding steel plates was analysised by the seperatable FEM modle. Then experimental data and the calculation of theory were compared with numerical calculation. So the FEM analysis for this kinds of structures was feasible.
