Research And Applications On Data Mining In ERP System Of Transmission Mechanism

With rapid popularity of computer and network, ERP has been widely used in enterprise. But mass data accumulated during the running of ERP has not been taken full use of. More and more enterprises are recognizing the importance of the mass data. It is hard for enterprises to take advantage of information to develop their competence when they face a large number of data. Nowadays, mining the knowledge implied in the mass data of ERP is a research hotspot and an inevitable trend of the application of ERP.The concept and development of data mining were introduced in detail in this paper. The principles of synthetic application of data mining technology and data warehouse technology in ERP system was discussed in this paper on the basis of analyzing the current situation of data mining. Main contents of the paper are summarized as following:1) The essential principle of data mining was researched and several kinds of algorithm of data mining were given in this paper. And the architecture and process of the association rules algorithm was introduced in details.2) The application of data mining technology in Sales-Oriented decision support system was researched. With the analysis of architecture of ERP-Oriented data mining, the essential principle of establishment of data warehouse in ERP system was expatiated in this paper.3) And the algorithm model based on C4.5 was also established. The Sales-Oriented decision support prototype system was developed using SQL language and Visual C++ 6.0 in a SQL Server2000 environment. The prototype system was applied into the some enterprise in ZheJiang actually and obtained preferable effect. These confirmed the feasibility of theory study and implement method.The prospect of the research was depicted in the end of this paper.
