MES(Manufacturing Execution System),the main purpose is to strengthen the implementation function of the plan in MRP,resolve the problem of Information Island in the factory,and make the MRP system connect with the plant operation site control system through MES.The application of domestic for MES system still stays changing the information collection operation process from text record to electronic collection,but helping enterprises to improve production efficiency and reduce cost is the beneficial value of MES system implementation.With the concept of Industry 4.0,Intelligent Manufacturing,and Smart Factory,MES is becoming the main operating platform for the factory and the information link of the factory.How to use modern analysis technology to analysis based on a large number of structured and unstructured data in MES system,and to create value that is beneficial to enterprises has become the research focus of MES system promotion and optimization.This topic proposes solutions for modeling information collected by using data mining technology in the realization of intelligent factory production lines in the electronics manufacturing industry.The main work includes:1)Analysis the current quality inspection operation process of the factory,and take the AQL sampling inspection operation as the main business line.From the perspective of the operator,based on some theories and methods of software engineering,design and implement the quality management module of the MES system.2)From the perspective of the factory manager,the problems in the AQL sampling process are analyzed,and based on the learning of the algorithm in data mining,a data mining scheme and model that can help to find out the cause of the problem are designed.3)Using the existing data structure,based on the actual requirements of mining,use SQL server analysis service tool to build a data warehouse.Implement a data mining solution on the FTPC platform,connect the established data warehouse,realize the development of the data model,and conduct data mining in the data warehouse through the data model.This paper evaluates and verifies the data model through SSPS tools,and applies the mining results to the MES system quality management module to help enterprises improve production efficiency.
