Oil-free scroll compressor abandoned the way of film for gas sealing which was used by compressor industry for many years. Instead of gas sealing, the enterprise adopted oil-free sealing method that coordinated the sealing strip with the moving and fixed scroll. Because of the advantage of clear air, small noise and vibration, it was accepted by air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Based on the above characteristics, the moving and fixed scrolls were required high-precision when they were machined by CNC. The paper would assess its processing quality via the detected data of the key parts of the moving and fixed scrolls.1、Firstly, the paper analyzes the structure of scroll compressor components, and in-depth study of oil-free scroll compressor works. Secondly, the scroll wrap was detected by the UMC550high-precision coordinate measuring machine and acquired data at the same time. Then, the paper analyzes the data form CMM. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the main reason for its cause leaks leak model and horizontal leaked model from the radial angle. It leads to non-oil-free scroll compressor scroll wrap machining accuracy.2、The article introduced the application of digital signal processing technology at the begging of part II, and studied deeply the basic theoretical knowledge of digital signal processing. Meanwhile, the paper analyzed the resource of outside interference signal and its mathematical description. Using LABVIEW, MATLAB, C++software pre-processing the data, which is collected from the scroll wrap. Then, the paper eliminated the gross errors and eliminated the noise interference. Eventually, the algorithms eliminated interference from external signals to obtain the true signal by way of the low-pass filter.3、According to the particularity of the scroll surface, the article has targeted the establishment of mathematical models, and planed algorithms process. Optimization model using the least square approximation design assessment vortex surface profile error surface verticality error, flatness and parallelism of the end and the bottom error algorithm. 4、This article designed the errors algorithm of scroll key parts of the form and position in Visual C++6.0environment. At last, the article proved the algorithm of this paper accuracy and reliability by comparing the results between this paper with UMC550high-precision CMM.
