Transport efficiency improvement by increasing the transport velocity is the current tread. The tread with large tonnage, high power and high speed brings forward the new requirement for the production research and development.The paper makes the research combined with the new production development item for the heavy-duty vehicle of some an automobile company, sets up the math model for the three freedom degree of the Tractor-semi trailer and the math model for the horizontal wave of the heavy-duty vehicle. The thesis analyzes the heavy duty vehicle's stabilization steer and puts forward the conception of the Tractor-Trailer's stability factor, based on the math model and dynamic system stabilization theory. The heavy duty vehicle's roll which is the unsteadiness phenomenon In the course of running also is researched systemically in this paper based on the vehicle's roll theory.In the steer stability research of the new type heavy duty vehicle, the multi-body system dynamics full vehicle model is built in the Mechanical System Simulation software of ADAMS/CAR, based on the theory of Multi-Body System Dynamics. The Driver Control Files for the simulation analyses of controllability and stability of full vehicle are defined based on "GB/T6323.1-94-GB/T6323.6-94 Controllability and stability test procedure for automobiles". The veracity of the built model is validated as the theory analysis.Finally, the paper analyses the configuration of the running gear of the heavy duty. The influence of structure character and design parameter on vehicle performance are simulated and analyzed based on the multi-body system dynamicsfull vehicle model. |
