| With the development of our economy and the public transportation, the transportationhas contributed a great deal in providing the smoothly development in our society economy.The development of the transportation tools has taken a large part in the development of thisfield and the economy. In recently years, our transportation have risen the demand on thesafety, ride smooth, and the comfort of the cargos, which made most of the cargomanufactures transformed to seek a better ride smooth characteristics as the advantage of theproduction to increase their competitive. The latest research is focused on the influence of thesuspension system, the engine and the driveline system on the vibration of the vehicle.However, the research combine with the suspension, the road roughness and the cabsuspension is still under development, which make a difference between theoreticalconclusion and the real vibration.This article firstly elaborated the structure and function of different cab suspension on heavy truck, which provided the basis for the analysis of cab vibration isolation theory. Through the study of the structure analysis of heavy truck, whole vehicle dynamics model of heavy truck was built based on TruckSim. In Matlab/Simulink, the cab model of heavy truck was established. Using the joint simulation method of TruckSim and Matlab/Simulink, which realize thesimulation analysis of vibration of heavy truck cab.Using the test platform of commercial vehicle running safety to verify this joint simulation model. Under the same condition of the road input between the experimental prototype and simulation model, the output data built the comparing validation for the model. Through the Cross Slope Sine Sweep road input test, analyzedthe influence of cab suspension for cab vibration, studied the effect of the spring stiffness anddamping of the cab suspension on vibration attenuation. |
