| The water transportation is a lubrication of the national economy development. As a important constituents of the water transportation, the interior water transport play the vital role on the national economy's prosperity, especially for those interior province which along the river. In recent years, along with the interior water transport scale's growing, it also has met some questions which need solved urgently. First, massive new harbors, wharfs, berths and some other hydraulic engineering structures is being build that causes the interior river's ships current capacity, density, ship's meet, collision opportunity increases day by day. It has thrown the unprecedented pressure on the existing ship and maritime affair department. Second, the interior water ships' large-scale, specialized, and modernized development has bring forward higher request to the navigation environment, specially to the route condition, which is a pair of incisive contradiction to the existing route and to the hydraulic engineering structure. From this, analyzed the interior water route's navigation ability has important meaning, regardless of to plan the hydraulic engineering structure's construction, organize the interior water ship's transportation, or prevented the interior water ships' collision, ground, the collision between the ships and the hydraulic engineering structure, and some other traffic accidents. It also has vital significance in guaranteeing the safe of ship, the clean of water.In view of the above question, this article separately utilizes the mathematical model that come from my college's scientific research and the ships domain which base on the thorough investigate in the crews and the ship companies, to study the ship's pass ability and the ships capacity of the interior water route comprehensively. This article altogether divides into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborated the present paper research background, the goal, the significance, the content and the domestic and foreign research present situation. The second chapter mainly analyzed the interior water route's characteristic. The third chapter is studying the interior water route's navigation from each aspect affected the ships' pass ability with the way provided by my college. The fourth chapter mainly studythe interior water ships domain size's date obtained from questionnaire survey and study the ships capacity of the interior water route with the new ships domain model which is fit for the interior water. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the forecast. This article apply theory to reality, the research on the interior water route's navigation ability has certain science and the rationality, also has the certain realistic value. |
