| As one of the important topics of maritime traffic and normal navigation,ship collision risk analysis has been closely related to ship navigation safety,and has been widely concerned by experts and scholars all over the world for a long time.In recent years,some maritime traffic collisions have occurred from time to time,which also highlights the importance of studying the collision risk between ships.At the same time,with the visible development trend of ships towards unmanned and intelligent ships in the future,the importance of studying ship collision risk,especially regional collision risk,is self-evident.Based on the above reasons,in order to reduce the number of ship collision accidents,protect personnel at sea,reduce property losses,and better protect the Marine ecological environment,based on the ship domain and ship maneuverability,this paper carries out the research work on the regional ship collision risk model.Firstly,the ship motion model and automatic control technology are combined to establish the simulation design of ship motion in the multi-ship situation.Then,based on the concept of ship field,a new parameter is proposed to measure the collision risk between two ships,and on this basis,the core of this paper is further proposed--ship area collision risk model,and then on the established ship motion simulation program,the preliminary application test of the proposed model is carried out.Finally,the proposed model is analyzed and tested by using the actual regional AIS data.The innovative results of this research are as follows:(1)Based on the concept of ship domain,a new collision risk assessment parameter is proposed.(2)The convolutional neural network method is applied to supplement the missing ship type information in AIS data.(3)A new regional collision risk model is established... |
