| The submarine receives all around the world attention of navy because of its fine tactical performance, good disguise, stronger self-sufficiency strength, endurance and greater assault strength. However, because the submarine has smaller reserve buoyancy, large activity in depth, complex equipments, vertically and horizontally pipelines, hard maintain, higher requirement of submerged control and equilibrium and so on, accidents of the submarine wreck always take place. How to rescue wreck submarine is a big problem that always puzzles every country's submarine force.Collective escape compartment which is a kind of unaided equipment unit can effectively improve submariners' abilities to save themselves, assure submariners' security at the process of escaping danger, so it excels any kind of escaping system.This paper mainly has studyed the technique of connecting submarine and collective escape compartment. The technique of the collective escape compartment's installation and release is one of the key techniques of the collective escape compartment research. The collective escape compartment must be assembled on submarine by definite contact form which will guarantee the secure of collective escape compartment regular location, will again guarantee the flexibility that released when using and will still guarantee the leakproofness of trunks at the commissure. The equipment must ensure that the collective escape compartment be released safely at any location and any pose no matter by its buoyancy or by any other manners, such as system of emergency release.First, this paper has analysed the advantages and the shortcomings of junction device in existence. Then this paper has designed new shape of connection on the base of existed techniques and submarine accident analysis. Comparing of the existed junction device, this paper has added skirt, converted the position of encapsulation, defined the carrelation parameter of internal gearing by caculating, determined the sizes of butt joint referencing the existedjunction device and adopted finite element analysis software to check the strength of structure component.At the same time, this paper has added emergency starting arrangement. Even trim ±30° or heel ±45° , this equipment can make sure the collective escape compartment to be released safely. High pressure air has be adopted as working midium of the emergency starting arrangement, because of air pressure gearing having many advantages, such as its arrangement being not restricted by space position and good operational environment adaptability etc. According to analyzing the forces the collective escape compartment accepted and combining restriction coming from space, we have chosen high pressure air cylinder to be the source of air pressure gearing and have designed the dimension of cylinder.At the end of the paper, we have proofed the security of releasing the collective escape compartment from the point of theoretical analysis when the submarine trims ±30° or heels ±45° . The result indicates that our project have strong practicability. |
