With the rapid development of computer technology, to develop the intellectualizedfigure platform which has better operation and better Openness appears especially important.This thesis has just studied relevant problems of the Electric figure platform, and finished it'sdesign and realization. This thesis which adopts ActiveX technology, has completed thedesign of figure platform finely based on Object-Oriented technology, including opennessdesign, realization of batch-relating etc. This thesis has provided better solutions that mainlyresolves electric power management problems including status management, equipmentmanagement, geographic map management and topology management.The experience of engineering application indicates this figure platform meets the needof electric power production management successfully. With this figure platform being usedin project and its function unceasing consummation, it will make new contribution to theelectric intellectualized figure platform greatly.
