It is very important to research rotor-life for the operating safety and economy ofturbine-generator. The life management system of turbine-generator based on B/S mode isresearched. First, Using finite difference method, the math model of transient temperaturefield and stress field are built. basing the theory of heat exchange, using partial differentialequation, the temperature field distributing of rotor during start-up, stop and changing-load isgot. Second, an online system of rotor-life monitoring is developed. The online calculationand display of temperature field and stress field is realized. Third, using DreamWeaver, therotor life safety evaluation web station of turbine-generator is developed, based on which theintercommunication of the client and network server programmer is achieved. At last, usingJava, the network server programmer is developed. The calculation result of online lifemonitoring is issued to the browser by Internet.
