As the key equipment used in the process of hydroelectric power,stand-alone capacity of hydro-generator increased with the increase of hydropower capacity increase,due to the increase in demand for clean energy,now is becoming more and more big,which could lead to an increase in capacity of amplitude,due to the generator ventilation cooling and excellent heat transfer determines the working condition of the large capacity generator,so we urgently need to solve the two key problems in order to ensure the normal operation of the large capacity generator.In this paper,a power of 250 MW air cold water wheel generator as an example,through the data to the generator,the actual size air cold water wheel generator set up two electromagnetic field finite element model of the steady state when the motor is obtained at a certain hour of the electromagnetic field distribution and damping winding eddy current density distribution,calculated damper winding eddy current loss and the surface of the pole shoe wear and tear.Unit according to the size of the motor parameters,establishes the domain of 3 d calculation model of temperature-fluid coupling field physics of static flow and plan of solving domain and rotor spinning conditions to calculate,interelectrode fluid,fluid in the air gap are analyzed in detail and the rule of the fluid flow in the stator ventilation channel.Based on the calculation model of the unit domain,a physical computing model of the three-dimensional temperature-fluid coupling field is established,and the flow characteristics of the fluid between the two domains are studied.Through finite element method and finite volume method,solves the coupling field of the motor calculation complex problems,the motor internal temperature field and the distribution characteristics of fluid field,for motorventilation cooling structure improvement and perfection of provides a theoretical basis.At the same time,the results of calculation and analysis have important reference value for the design of large motor.
