| ShenHua coal is a sort of coal reserved very rich in our country, but its mining andusing in power plant for combustion is only in recent years. So there are many questions due tolack of experiences in power plant which burned ShenHua coal. The purpose here is to study theprevention of slagging and foul through analyzing the problems of slagging and foul brought byburning ShenHua coal in 410t/h boilers, and exploring their inherent relations with ShenHua coal. First, the thesis judges the tendency of slagging and foul of ShenHua coal by sometraditional judgement, and then it analyses its interrelationships with the quality of ShenHua coal ,the paper researched the technology of preventing slagging and foul for 410t/h boiler by theoperation adjustment tests and alteration of parts and equipment through actual production. |
