Tractor and truck usually produces strong vibration when they are working,this vibration badly affects the driver's health and control stability. To solve theproblem one of efficient way is use seat-suspension, but most of seat-suspensionis linear, this style of seat can hardly meet both vibration stroke and therequirement of human-body riding comfort simultaneously, while the non-linearcharacteristic's seat-suspension can overcome this problem. So researches onnon-linear seat-suspension are very important and have significant meaning inboth theory and practice.According to the random vibration theory, the article simplifies thebody-seat system model. Though the acceleration power spectrum, the authoroptimizes the academic elasticity characteristic curve.Following the machine connection, the author designs two styles ofseat-suspensions, and calculates the figure of the curve-plate which is the mostimportant part of the second style of seat-suspension by using Matlab software.Further more the author designs the wring-spring assembly and weight-adjustingassembly for both seat-suspensions. The movement of two seat-suspensions isanalyzed by using I-DEAS software and draws the moving curve. The finiteelement model of wring-spring assembly is established and solved the fatiguelife.Base on the design drawing, two seat-suspension entities is manufactured.The article exerts force test to seat-suspensions and following the academicelasticity characteristic curve amends two curve-plates. The first seat-suspensionis placed on NJ6596AEF car and the date of road driving easement is tested andgetting the conceived result.
