At present,the construction and development of suspension crane network structure building in China is still in the ascendant.Although the use of suspension crane,simple manipulation,easy to use,but at the same time,due to its own weight,hoisting crane runtime,brakes,brake and other factors in the process of operation of the grid structure,the influence of making rack structures or prone to fatigue damage at the hanging point.Though scholars at home and abroad to research this kind of problem to some extent,but most of them focused on the theoretical modeling analysis,and focus on the "force majeure" aspects,and suspension crane factory collection and fatigue load of few and far between.It is the premise and important basis for the fatigue design,damage study and fatigue life evaluation of suspension bridge.Therefore,it is very necessary to collect the basic information of the existing suspension crane network structure factory in China,and make the theoretical establishment of the load spectrum of the plant network based on the investigation information.In this way,a new method is provided for the study of fatigue load spectrum.Therefore,this article is supported by the national research fund project of professor lei honggang,and the following work is carried out:1.A total of 46 factory buildings with suspension crane bolts are collected in China;2.Carried out research on suspension crane network in China,and conducted a total of 9 workshops in jilin,tianjin,Shanghai and Shanxi Province in northeast China;3.Learn the basic information about the basic status and operation of suspended crane of the plant through the factory survey.After based on the research of three typical cases in Shanxi Province(crane hoisting 3 t,5 t,10 t,respectively),bolt ball is studied by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS respectively,space truss structure model is established,and the whole process of running a model of crane load case,get the most unfavorable hanging point location in space truss structure,the concrete fatigue load spectrum and residual fatigue life analysis;4.According to the calculation and analysis,the lifting point of the net frame with 10 t is 5,and the lifting point is 13;In case 2(full load 5 t),the lifting point of the net frame is 6 and 9.Case 3(full load 3 t)was analyzed to control the lifting point 7.Then the fatigue load spectrum was prepared respectively for each control hoisting point.5.Based on the linear cumulative damage theory and combining the existing experiment research achievements of high strength bolt node S-N curve and the analysis of the theory of fatigue load spectrum of each control point for fatigue life estimation.
