| Car dumper is a important equipment in thermal power plant. Due to unsubstitute position, it has been a hot issue to research on car dumper's monitoring working state and fault diagnosis. Torque is the most important of parameters to indicate its characters, during monitoring Car dumper working state. It is often used to show equipment working state and fault information accuratedly. So, it is one of the critical technique to monitor car dumper's torque.This thesis commenced with speed switching, rotating shaft occurred torsional vibration, frequent changing load and working characters, has researched the quality of nonstationary random and a methods to identify and localize the singularity of torque signal revealed equipment fault information, as well as the theory of magnetoelectric-phased difference torque transducer, then adapt virtual measurement technique to design a untouched type torque measurement system and realize acquiring, displaying car dumper torque data real time and resolve the problem of large equipment torque data uneasy untity coupling.In this thesis, aim at the disturb on account of load liquid and changed, as well as wretched working state, treat the gauss the first order differential coefficient function as wavelet to transform the torque signal two times and search the singularity point that indicated fault of equipment alone the modulous maxima curve inner in small scale influnced wavelet conic and obtaining the wave arriving points. Not only solve the problem because of load liquid changing and the unblanace of two side drive resulted in disturb, but also improve the accuracy of singularity point detction by the method of the analysis and process car dumper torque singal data.At last, Matlab are adapted to simulate the new measuring method and getthe good measuring result. |
