Circulating fluided bed (CFB), one of advanced technology of clean coal combustion technology(CCT), may reduce sulfur dioxide emission to great extent. With the development of boiler with huge capacity and high parameters, and highly environmental protection requirement, the desulfurization of CFB boiler characteristics are increasingly concerned;and due to existence of few current CFB boilers' practicing desulfurization, therefore, it is essentially realistic to discuss and research on desulfurization discharge and technology available to CFB's inner combustion.This dissertation, beginning with to select desulfurization process in CFB's inner combustion, then building theoretic model and finally conducting the relatively industrial experiments and discussion, is generalized in contents as follows:(1)This dissertation, based on the analysis of CFB's inner combustion, demonstrated desulfurization process mechanism and highlighted affecting factors on desulfurization characteristics, thus solving the dynamically mathematic modeling for desulfurization emission when CFB's boiler inner combustion occurs.(2)Discussed on the main stage of sulfur precipitation and emission when coal particles are burning within furnace, and some of main factors which may clearly affect fuel bed flow field, coal-burning indexes, size of solid particles including bed temperature(BT), ratio of calcium to sulfur(RC-S), circulating ratio, fineness of limestone particles, excessive air coefficient and boiler load.Verified validation of the dynamically mathematic modeling on affecting factors ,and the desulfurization data was cited in operation display penal of CFB boiler, with a capacity of 220t/h, in Dalian Xianghai thermal power plant.(3)Has conducted feasible industrial experiments and verification on three affecting factors, for example, bed temperature, ratio of calcium to sulfur and circulating ratio;and proposed the optimal operation parameters varying value, characterized by desulfurization BT, RC-S and circulating ratio, which may serve as practical reference for similar type CFB's boiler design and operation.(4) On CFB boiler inner combustion desulfurization research, in addition, performed the dynamical characters trials, such as of sulfur dioxide emission, the limestone effects on normal operation the time limestone added to CFB boiler, and characteristics of conversing sulfur contained in fuel coal.In conclusion, all the experimental results and calculation verification have indicated that this overall theoretic fundament is suitable with satisfying results, and objectively revealsdesulfunzation emission characteristics as CFB's boiler inner combustion occurs. And the dynamic desulfurization research on inner combustion also supplies trails reference for further study of desulfurization mechanism.
