| Every year in our country,the various losses as much as thousands of billion yuan caused by acid rain and SO2 pollution.Reducing the emission of SO2,controlling the air pollution and protecting the environment should be an important task of our country’s environmental protection in the future.Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler combustion technology,which developed from the 1980 s,is a new clean coal combustion technology.CFB boiler’s advantages are simple equipment,wide fuels adaptability,good peaking capability,low nitrogen oxides emission,low cost furnace desulfurization,low operating and maintenance costs.It is possible to achieve clean combustion of coal.This article,based on the actual engineering,has a more detailed study on the control system of circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace desulfurization.Firstly,this paper details CFB boiler,as well as the system’s device components,the technics process,the basic control requirements and the choice of control system.Secondly,based on the technical requirements of the system and the actual working condition,using S7-300 PLC and WinCC designs the hardware and software of the control system.Selecting the system’s hardware,analyzing the function of the system and using STEP 7 programming software designs control program of the system.At the same time,using the configuration software WinCC designs an friendly man-machine interface and realizes the monitoring and management of this system.Finally,the communication between PLC and WinCC is built by the Industrial Ethernet.After the system put into actual operation,the control target of desulfurization system is well done.The feasibility and effectiveness of the system has been effectively confirmed. |
