Flexible Manufacturing Technology can be fit of the manufacturing of products with many kinds and few amount, strongly helps the shipyard to enhance its produce efficiency, lower its cost,buildup the ability in the competition in the international market,has been regared by the great shipbuilding powers in the world recently years.However,the benefit of the Flexible Manufacturing Line is very important,it can't be forecast well.Once the design of FMS is not logical,it have to be changed or rebuilded,will cost a lot of resources and manpower again.By the simulation ,we can make a well forecast of the capability of the system and find the problem of the layout,station and maneuver early,so we can change the design faster and better.lt can be a great meaning of the application of FMT in the shipyard.Afetr a lot of research of many hull manufacturing jobshops of shipyards,this paper analyses the really situation of working;Gains the situation of working flow,resource distribute,overall arrangement and the manufacturing process.During the analysing and clearingup,mainly studies as follows:1. Combining with the results long-ago,give the difines of TCPN amply,using the elements of least evevt and time,start from TCPN,makes three kinds of methods in the simulations of disperse system come true.Studies of these algorithmics,offers the essential theory of the software in the simulation of the Object—Oriented TCPN models.2. Made the model of the Hull Jobshop based on the TCPN,studied the dynamic simulation of FMS. Obtained the different situations under different attemper rules of the jobshop,choose the best one;analysed and discussed the producting effciencys of the simulate precepts;3. Combining with the results long-ago, made the simulation of the different running situations of the crane and appraised its moving efficiency.4. Using the optimization,afresh the equipments of the jobshop,studied at the allot of charge and the assignment,gained some conclusions with some values.5. Sdudied at the methods of line-heating for the sphere deep plates,gave the methods of the calculation of the shrink situations and the dispose of the fire lines on the steel plate,also gained the shape of the steel plates to be rollered.
