| China proposed the "Made in China 2025" strategic goal in 2015.The core path for domestic manufacturing to achieve manufacturing 2025 is to make full use of various ICT technologies to optimize informatization and integrate into the manufacturing process.This requires enterprises to comprehensively improve their own informatization construction,and at the same time Improve the flexibility of the manufacturing process.The automobile manufacturing industry is a representative of high technology,strong intelligence,and concentrated industrial chain.It is more urgent and important to use ICT technology to upgrade and optimize the level of informatization.Auto B,as the first joint venture car brand to enter China,has placed an extremely important position in the application of ICT technology in the optimization and construction of information systems in the process of upgrading and transforming the company’s own manufacturing level.In academia,there is little analysis of flexible manufacturing in the dimension of information system,and there is no theoretical framework for further guidance on how to reform flexible manufacturing information systems.This paper analyzes the matching degree and supporting relationship between the information system of B automobile company and the flexible manufacturing theory,and uses the MC mass customization theoretical framework to find the gap between the information system and the flexible manufacturing concept.Mainly include insufficient depth and breadth of data collection,and lack of big data support platform,each business system lacks necessary data support when making predictions and decision-making judgments,which affects decision-making.In addition,the lack of collaboration between systems and external systems makes the transmission and circulation of data and information inefficient and affects the efficiency of the enterprise.These have expanded the scope of the flexible manufacturing theory.On this basis,combined with ICT-related information technology,such as:edge computing,software definition,cloud computing,hybrid cloud,big data,5G industrial Internet,IOT,microservices,the paper uses the four-stage theory of PDCA in the TQM framework to target B The automobile company formulated an information system optimization plan,expounding in detail the benefits to various business systems after the implementation of the new intelligent information system plan,and also covered the application scenarios of TQM to the field of information system optimization.This paper takes Company B as a case study,increases the perspective of information systems under the MC framework,and discusses information systems and flexible manufacturing and relationships.At the same time,the four-stage theory of TQM framework PDCA is used to guide the optimization path of information systems,and the research results can provide reference for the construction of intelligent information systems and information system upgrades for the same type of production enterprises. |
