Complex product R & D projects have the characteristics of large scale,high cost,many members involved,and complex technology.Scientific and effective management of complex product R & D projects is an important condition to ensure the realization of project goals.Knowledge chain management is to The means for scientific management of various knowledge elements,team members through various knowledge activities make knowledge transfer and interaction between organizations,and ultimately form a knowledge chain network structure.The project team implements knowledge management through various knowledge activities.This article aims to study the feasible model of effective integration of the knowledge chain in the development of complex product projects.The first is to introduce the relevant theoretical basis and research methods.On the one hand,this article selects actual complex product R & D projects as examples in the study,and takes knowledge activities as a perspective to make knowledge chain integration more concrete;on the other hand,it is hoped that through the integration of knowledge activities and knowledge chains of complex product R & D projects The further calculation of the situation shows that we can have a deep understanding of the interaction and dependency of the knowledge activities of the members of the R & D project,and have a clearer understanding and grasp of the system dynamics during the integration of the project knowledge chain.This article analyzes the knowledge behavior and time constraints of the team members of the complex product R & D project and establishes the knowledge activity design structure matrix(DSM)and time resource design structure matrix(DSM)models respectively.After a series of calculations,the knowledge activity-based The dependency relationship between the team members,in-depth exploration of the knowledge chain in the R & D team of complex product R & D projects,and analysis of the transmission process and integration of the team members' knowledge activities.After calculating the design structure matrix model,the project members obtain the knowledge chain integration member division method,and then use the time-constrained Petri net(TCPN)to solve the resource constraint problem in the knowledge chain integration process of complex product development projects.The knowledge chain integrates the TCPN model,and records the member's time resources as resource pools,and the member's knowledge activities as activity changes.Based on the activity changes and time constraints of resource pools,the model's schedulability is analyzed,calculated,and revised In this way,the knowledge chain can be effectively scheduled in the face of resource integration,to meet the needs of various knowledge activities for members' time resources,and make the knowledge chain integration more reasonable,and is more conducive to the research and development and innovation of the project team,and ultimately improves the company's core competitive advantage.Finally,taking the JL company's Z-type automobile R & D project as an example,the knowledge chain integration model is analyzed and the conclusion is output.
