Large-scale and complexity of mooring system makes the movement of the ship in the port an important issues in the design and use of port. As to the problem of the ship movements, physical models have been used to simulate the actual situation, these works provide permitting conditions for the actual construction in mooring and loading operations. However, the shortcomings of experimental methods are costly, and of long cycle. Numerical simulation analysis with advantages of shorter research cycle, economic and universal is the main way to make improvement.With the development of computer technology, many engineering analysis and calculation have been completed using visualization software. For the current need, this paper used Matlab as the development tools which put forward an effective computing models and methodology, and developed corresponding visualization software to calculation on the ship with the optimization systemFirst, according to the study of practical issues, this paper simplified the practical problems, and presented a static model for mooring system. As to the establishment of model, work is proceeded on the basis of the corresponding theoretical Oula angle discussed the relationship rigid body movements and discretional point on the rigid body, a set of balance equations with the object of ship are founded based on matrix displacement method. For rope deformation curve is nonlinear, rope performance curve is simulated. In the latter part of the article, the effectiveness of this model is proved.Second, the looseness or stretch of rope, the contact or separated between fender and the ship, nonlinear charactoristics of the rope itself, and many other factors led to a balanced equation is a nonlinear equations group. To obtain satisfactory results, multiple solving methods have been realized and compared in the term of result precision and time consuming. Most effective calculate method is selected for further research.Finally, through simple visualization interface software, it achieved a matlab graphical user interface guides to complete graphical user interface application software procedures.The system includes a visualization interface data, the use of simple, rapid method of design conditions for the realization of efficient and accurate data entry and calculation, and visualization shows that the form of data. The system can calculate the role of loaddisplacement of the ship and rope endogenous force;According to user needs, it shows graphical or tabular form the results of the final output or intermediate results;According to the pressure characteristics, we can optimize the deployment of cable.The software is targeted at professional software ship mooring. It calculate the ship displacement, rope endogenous force convenience and endogenous force optimization terms of the handling of a large number of complicated calculations and computer data processing were completed, greatly reducing the workload of designers, increased efficiency and accuracy of the actual work of important guiding significance.
