With the development of the industry, the pollution of air is taken into account by more and more people. So, air cleaners come into families, and the air cleaner fitting to people's request need to be researched.The electric pole of the air cleaner which this paper researched is supplied by negative high voltage DC power. The corona wire is heated in order to reduce ozone. This paper chiefly studied the negative high voltage DC power supply, the power supply of heating corona wire and control system. This paper discussed the design of a high-frequency high-voltage power-supply using switching power-supply technology, analysed and designed BUCK circuit, the topology of inversion, high frequency transformer and voltage doubling rectifing circuit, and design a high frequency and voltage power supply which have small buck, low weight, high efficiency and high stability. In order to control conveniently, the switching power supply technology is used to the heating power supply. This paper studied control system with the center of SPCE061A MCU, including the drive and soft-start circuit of two power supply, the key and distance control of the cleaner.Otherwise, with the result of research before, this research designed the air cleaner integrally, including the configuration of electric pole, the shell of air cleaner, the measure of high voltage insulation in the cleaner and so on. After installing the model machine of air cleaner, the consistency of negative ion, the consistency of ozone and the stability of work are tested. The consistency of negative ion 1m away from the cleaner is 10~6 Ions/cm~3 and the consistency of ozone lm away from the cleaner is not detected. The measurement of anti-interference ensure the model machine can work stably. |
