In the paper , the styles of Lattice Shells are introduced, the development and research on Lattice Shells are discussed. The paper is mainly about the analysis of stabilization and earthquake isolation of Double Layer Cylindrical Lattice Shells. At first, on the basement of non-linear finity element program ANSYS, a finity element model of Double Layer Cylindrical Lattice Shells is founded. In the condition of considering Geometry non-linear and ignoring material non-linear , the stabilization of Double Layer Cylindrical Lattice Shells is studied. The influence on structure stabilization due to geometry and physics parameters changing is confirmed, and the influence on Double Layer Cylindrical Lattice Shells stabilization due to initial disfigurement is studied by means of consistent disfigurement mode methodThen some present theories about isolation methods and shell isolation are introduced. The mechanics performance and wasting-energy mechanism of viscoelastic damper material are analyzed, calculating model and designing method of viscoelastic damper are explained, then theory that the viscoelastic damper bearing is used in stead of the general rubber bearing is proved. At last , when Double Layer Cylindrical Lattice Shells is in the condition of non-isolation, viscoelastic damper installed and lead core rubber bearing installed , the changing rule of shell's nodes displacement and poles internal force are discussed. Through the compare of the shell's nodes displacement and poles internal force under three conditions, the isolated effect is discussed when isolated bearings are installed.
