Building system consist of superstructure, foundation and soil, which are affected and interacted each other in loading action. By traditional design, soil is defined as rigidity calculation, neglecting the interaction of superstructure and pile-soil, resulting in great difference. At present, although a few of qualitative conclusions have been drawn from study on interaction, because of the complex of interaction theory lack of deep understanding of performance, it difficult to accept in real project. In this paper, a method which can easily accept by engineer is given. The main job done in this paper is as below:Based on influence of structure-piles-soil system cooperative effect in this paper, the 3D models of a six floors frame structure and a twenty floors frame-shear wall structure are found by ANSYS. Through model analysis and time-history analysis in earthquake effect, It is analyzed and calculated that dynamic responses of structure, such as its vibration modes, vibration periods, displacements and internal forces. These are compared with that dynamic responses of which on rigid foundation in earthquake, from which some useful conclusions are drawn.
