| the thesis , based on my own experiences from the management of enterprise and my good professional construction knowledge, mainly analyses the relations between enterprise headquarters construction spaces and the characteristic culture.I will discuss the characteristic culture of enterprise headquarters from the environment psychology, behavioural science, communication and so on. And I will advance the basic principles for enterprise headquarters construction design in order to find a new thinking way to study the enterprise culture, not alike economics and management. I will upgrade the characteristic culture of enterprise headquarters in construction language so as to provide a good ,healthy and harmony work place for thestaff and increase their working efficiency and quality of life as well.
