Culture is the soul of a nation and the internal driving force to enhance the comprehensive national strength and national confidence.In the course of the revolutionary struggle and socialist construction of the Chinese nation,the red culture has always played a significant role.It provides the people with a steady stream of spiritual support,and satisfies the people's strong pursuit of advanced culture.The red culture is the cultural foundation of the ruling of the Communist Party of China.Even now we can still feel the red cultural heritage with "I wish people a sense of comfort and happiness" of China Communists' heroic feelings.For companies with high goals and pursuit of success,corporate culture is the source of vitality to promote development,especially corporate red culture,which can unite the hearts and minds of the company,gather working forces,and it is also an important means to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.Continuous promotion of the construction of enterprise red culture with distinct characteristics is the realistic need of inheriting and developing Chinese traditional culture in the new era,and is also the inevitable requirement of the great development and prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper tries to summarize,discuss and study the current situation of enterprise red culture construction in XT Branch of State Grid Electric Power Company Limited of J province by using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and investigation.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the construction of enterprise culture.The main part of this paper consists of five chapters:The first part is the introduction of this study.This chapter clarifies the significance of this study from two dimensions of theory and reality on the basis of clarifying the reasons for the research.At the same time,this chapter also explains the research methods and possible innovations.The second part is theories and literature review.For one thing,with the help of the research conclusions of domestic scholars and experts,this chapter tries to explain the definition of enterprise culture and red culture,and explains the five functions of enterprise red culture: guidance,unity,restraint,incentive and radiation.For another thing,the structure of enterprise red culture can be divided into four levels: spirit,system,behavior and material,which is convenient to study.At the same time,it analyses the realistic opportunities faced by the construction of red culture in enterprises.The third part is the current situation of enterprise red culture construction in XT Branch of State Grid Electric Power Company Limited of J province.Firstly,this chapter introduces the general situation of XT Branch and its staff.Secondly,it summarizes the achievements of the enterprise red culture construction of XT Branch and fully affirms its achievements.Finally,based on the data processing results of XT Branch's enterprise red culture construction questionnaire,this paper considers the current situation of the company's enterprise red culture construction as a whole,and analyses in detail the existing problems and causes of the company's enterprise red culture construction.The fourth part analyses in detail the existing problems and causes of the enterprise red culture construction in XT Branch,according to the relevant conclusions of the questionnaire survey,focusing on improving the innovation,scientificalness and effectiveness of the enterprise red culture construction in XT Branch.The fifth part is the study of strategies to improve enterprise red culture construction and function mechanism.This part discusses the specific ways to optimize the construction of enterprise red culture from four aspects of spirit,system,behavior and material,and analyses the specific role of enterprise red culture construction in improving the management efficiency of the company.The sixth part tries to discuss safeguard measures for enterprise red culture construction.The sound guarantee mechanism is the basis of any work.The chapter analyses how to do a good job in the construction of enterprise red culture from three perspectives: organization and leadership,evaluation and incentive,and capital guarantee.Corporate culture construction is the key component of human resource management in XT Branch,and the construction of enterprise red culture is an important part of corporate culture construction.It is hoped that through the research on the construction of enterprise red culture in XT Branch at present,the company can take effective measures to solve the contradictions and problems in the process of enterprise red culture construction in a timely manner,truly integrate the red culture with the company's tradition,constantly enhance the overall competitiveness of the company,further enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of employees,and promote the realization of the company and the leapfrog development.
