By using the software, it can betimes and fleetly manage and demand and statistic the settlement data and draw 3D surface of settlement automatically and betimes and it can also achieve dynamic demo of settlement and rotate the 3D surface by transferring lots of data files. So it can offer better service for engineering.Considering the shortage of field measurement, such as that it can not get data before construction and the observation points and times are limited, which induces that it can not reflect the whole transformation of settlement, it is necessary to carry out academic and numerical analysis of settlement of road embankment on soft soil ground based on field measurement in order to grasp the essential of problem. Considering the nonlinear and Elastic-Plastic and anisotropy trait of soil, the method of numerical analysis can reflect the relation between abreaction of pore press and framework distortion of soil and can simulate the fact of field and complex boundary condition and so on. So the method of numerical analysis has been abroad used in the area of theory research. Besides, it is important to ascertain the model parameter, but in practice the parameter always changes largely, which makes infection to the result, because of sampling and test instrument and test method and process and the sleight degree of workers and so on.
