Stimulate The Vitality Of The Community And Create One Street Space With The Nice Neighbourhood Relations

At the end of the 20th century, as our urbanization process accelerate gradually and the real estate industry becomes mature, "the closed community " grows bigger and bigger. The scale of the " closed community " even becomes the size of one town or city. Not only the "closed community" comes forth the management issues of its own, while also brings one actuality, that is, the whole community lacks the vitality , the neighbourhood value lose, traffic jams, hidden trouble of the security, deterioration of the ecological environment and so on. The road system of the "closed community " also has many big trouble.In the past two years, the academic study on the "closed community" appears more up gradually, but in general, the research and the practice are all still in the inchoate stage.On the basis of the analysis of the "closed communities" in Xi'an and whole China ,This article has analyzed the actuality of the "closed communities" and the road system of the "closed communities" , the background and the reason of the "closed communities" existence . In conjunction with the good experience of community building of the other countries and cities, the author has put forward building the "opening community" and deemed that the key of building one "open community" is to create one nice street space which is opening, help to communication, full of vitality and good atmosphere of neighborhood relations. Then the author has analyzed the characteristic of the three good streets space in Xi'an and try to put forward some design methods of the street space. The author hopes that the research results of this article can be realistic and applicable for the aftertime building of the community.
