Researchon The Strategy Of Public Space Promotion In Lujiang Road Community In Xiamen From The Perspective Of Urban Vigor

The city is an overlapping and pluralistic complex,and the development of the city is a dynamic and continuous process.The old city community has the historical thickness and cultural value which the new residential area of the new planning and construction lacks.Lujiang road communityin Ying Ping area is one of the birthplace of Xiamen City,also a typical representative of Xiamen urban space.It retains the various historical periods in the space of the brand,and the greatest degree of preservation of the old city’s physical appearance and life style,to this day it also continued to distribute a unique vitality.Although the current government emphasizes the protection for the old style of physical space,but they often neglect the continuation and development of urban vitality,and use the main activity space formed by the behavioral agent and the interweaving of the various life scenes in the old city.During the process of social transformation,the research on the activity is a important and urgent realistic task.The external form of city physical environment can be easily imitated,but the underlying logic of life is complex and profound interaction in the local residents and the formation of long-term accumulation of space,once the damage will be lost in the community of old native activity,while the modern buildings occupied for urban community edge function is neglected this point.This paper focuses on the relationship between the community public space and the vitality of the old city,and explores the logic of life space formed by the interaction between the public space and the residents of the old city,in order to guide the positive effect of the catalyst.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows three parts:(1)theoretical research: through the research on public space theory and related research achievements of the comb clear the starting point of this article: focused on the humanism level for the micro logic of life within the old city,to supplement the lack of spatial shape analysis.(2)the study of the main body: through the evolution of the spatial form of the old city community to find the evolution of public space in the edge of the region to lead to spatial conflicts,loss of vitality and other issues.Based on the analysis of the micro level of life,this paper summarizes the evolution of the geochemical space and the activation experience of foreign catalysts.(3)conclusion: through summing up the development of the principle of enlightenment for the community public space and urban vitality and promotion strategies,which will be helpful for future research and implementation of urban renewal,and can provide some guidance and reference for other similar problems of the old city.
