Experimental Research On Seismic Model Of Multi-ribbed Composite Slab And Design Method Of Multi-rib Slab Based On Damage

In case of damage evaluation of structural members, emphasis is placed on proposing a reasonable damage evaluating expression to actually describe the mechanism of seismic structural damage and the degree of structural damage. Investigators all over the world have proposed different types of damage models according to different purposes and different types of structures. Most of these models are based on the form of Park model which is composed by the maximum displacement and accumulated hysteretic energy. Park's model has been widely accepted because it reflects that damage is caused by large displacement amplitude and low cyclic effect of seismic load to some extent.Multi-ribbed Slab Structure, as a new structural system showing good structural property, is very potential. Based on result of previous actions tests, this paper researches on damage mechanism of multi-ribbed composite wall and aseismic design based on damage property. Main works:1. With the point of damage, failure proceeding of multi-ribbed composite wall is studied. The current seismic damage theory and research status are presented, discussing systematically accomplishments of seismic damage assessment of building structures in three levels of material, element and structure.2. The damage model of Multi-rib Wall is given which based on the Park's model. Analyzed the result of previous actions test, parameter of the damage model is fixed.3. Combining failure phenomenon in experiment and reality, failure parameters matching to different damage grades are given. Further more, damage index in proceeding of damage of multi-ribbed composite wall is presented.4. On the basis of damage model of Multi-rib Wall, the paper discussed aseismic design method based on damage property.
