Study On Present Condition & Updating Of Commerce Modality Of Typical "Village In City" In Xi'an

"Village in city" is heterogeneous physical environment, which gradually formed in many urban fringes in China since the beginning of 90's. This compact community is different from modem city and traditional village. Its current evolutional trend is chaos and irregular, which is seriously affecting the urban construction and development, so the demands of renovating the "Village in city" are urgent.The study of "Village in city" includes many parts, i.e. urban planning, sociology, economics and ecology. The most of existing research are focus on the population structure, economic structure, and the impact of urban expansion on agricultural land, urban planning and construction. The thesis is the supplement of the existing research, studying the Commerce Morphology in "Village in city".The thesis start with analyze the present condition of commerce modality.It include these aspects: commerce modality of physical space , the function of and the types of the commerce. On the basis of the present condition, it study on the updating in commerce modality.At last, the thesis analyze and sum-up the existing renovating and construction ways of "Village in city",it put forward the appropriate measures and suggestions.
