The novelty of the thesis is generated from the Real-Time Running State Monitor System for Locomotive Maintenance. The thesis shows the requirements of real-time Monitor and fault diagnosis for the bogie system to prevent the accident caused by the braking system when the locomotive is running.Varied faults may happen to locomotive the bogie system unavoidably when the locomotive is running. It is very significant to research on the Real-Time Running State Monitoring System of locomotive bogie. The thesis is mainly carrying out the research by the method of the real-time running state monitoring and diagnosing of locomotive bogie. According to the principle of gear defect and scratch of wheel tread on locomotive bogie, it adopts the technology of monitoring and diagnosing, which is based on the analysis of vibration signal. By collecting, processing and analyzing the acceleration signal of locomotive bogie, it establishes several methods of real-time running state monitoring of locomotive bogie. According to the requirements of the system, the thesis demonstrates the hardware design of data collecting module and corresponding module, while finishes the software design of signal analyzing and processing with the software Lab Windows CVI. The results of the experiment prove the real-time running state monitoring system of locomotive bogie can satisfy the requirements of reliability and functionality.In the end, the author sums up the results and points out the defect of the system.
