With the rapid development of national economy, higher-request has been advanced to the development of high-speeded and heavy-loaded electric railway. Informatization and intellectualization of power system for railway have been the high spot of railway development and the chief sign of modernization. Especially, under the reformation background of subbureau-repealed and department-merged, planning and analysis of data stream from a global perspective have been an active demand for railway power system, which build foundation for developing power supply automation system for electric railway.At first, in this thesis current business situation and running mode of power system for railway are introduced, and organization of power business after the system reform is described. Based on adequate investigation, data stream of every functional department is analyzed. Content, flow direction and purpose of information-exchanged are researched, and detailed flow charting is presented.The thesis Presents power supply management information system (PSMIS) based on Three-ties distributed architecture which is used to manage the information from bureau\department\subbase, while data-coding, software framework and intranet network construction scheme of the system are suggested.whereas the information exchange in telecontrol system is Unreasonable currently, the data stream is re-schemed from the point of view of practical requirement, and put emphasis on the situation of unattended substation. On this base, power supply automation system is pointed out which combine management with control, and key problems how to fulfill management and control in one system are presented.Finally, the thesis makes an approach to comprehensive dispatching system adaptable to the high-speeded and heavy-loaded electric railway. Information exchange is analyzed between comprehensive dispatching system and power supply automation system, which is one subsystem of the former, and the technical proposal based on MQ Series is presented.
