Automation technology is the most prominent one in the development of elec. technology in recent years. With it, we have reached or approached international advanced level in researching, making, running and managing elec. Automation. The proportion of elec. netting has reached 80% from 5.4% in our country. All of the dispatching centers of or above provincial elec. netting have set up quite perfect systems of control and data accumulation (SCADA). The elec. information system development has reached a high level. At the same time, the elec. information systems made by each company are different one from another. It is necessary to integrate all subsystems and make them cooperate effectively in order to secure the elec. netting running economically. Therefore, it becomes an important and different point in using of subsystems and avoid "information isolated island" coming into being.In this essay, we first introduced the elec. information system of Chongqing Steel &iron Ltd. witch includes systems of manufacture management, elec. economical running, elec. equipment, elec. load management etc. the Oproblems in the using among them influence the effective using of data, let alone supporting decision. These problems includes that information resources cannot be share, repeatedly input data and the information feedback cannot be realized promptly. The more the systems the more serious the problems are. These influence the aggregation and profession of information use, thus, the realization of elec. information falls into a vicious circle. We have analyzed the reason detailed and found the key factors. With the real situation in both multi-layer architecture is the security to integrate systems successfully, transform of object relations is the base and difficult point of it and component and middle ware technology is the key of it. We solve these problems in setting up elec. object platform by using the following technologies: component, middle ware, ORM, design model and object-oriented model etc. The research and application of this platform not only guides us to integrate the elec. information system in our company but makes us get more knowledge in advanced related software technology.
