With the development of automobile industry and the security requirementbecoming more and more urgent for people, the test platform is also developing fast.The development of the detent test platform obviously will be the major direction forthe automobile industry.The detent of the automobile system is used to level down the running speed of themechanical devices or shut down them, which is the most important device for manyfixed device security work situation such as mobile, creepy machine and so on. With therequirement more higher for the performance of the detent, the producers of the detentneed to evaluate the synthetic performance and have the quality detected.The detent test platform system is major applied for the detent wearinessexperiments of the saloon cars and light-cars (the loads≤3.0 t ) as well as theperformance test of the tray-pattern detents, the kettle-pattern detents and friction pad.The basic theory is based on the characteristic that the relationship between the detentvise friction moment and the pressure is direct ratio. So the better simulative ability anddata recurrence performance are guaranteed. The conciseness and fast of the experimentand the reliability of the data are required by the test system. The principle of theexperiment is accepted by the public of the friction materials and mobile producer in thewhole world. The mature and reliable machine-electronic device and auto-controltechnology are used to make the system operate safely, stably and reliably. All sorts oftest modules are set up to supply information support for enterprise products analysis,prediction and decision management according to the domestic standard detent testpattern. Furthermore, the system contains friend interface for the data report forms anddetection diagnosis and supplies data interface, which could be combined with theenterprise CIMS system for the emergence. The past configure software of the testplatform has poor observability and control ability due to the simplification of theparameters standard. The JF122 type test platform, which is used in themachine-electronic device institute of Jilin University, operates the program, collectsthe data as well as processes and stores. The experiment data records and curves areprinted by the printer. The interface of the software running in the Win98 system issimple and straight, and the operation is fast and easy. The sentence of the experimentprogram, which is compiled by the supporting JF language, is more programmable,concise and easy to learn and understand. In the permissive range of the test platformparameters, operator could compile the new experiment executing program to any teststandards and methods according to the existent program. All these make the operationmore easy and convenient.The detent test platform system is composed of the mainframe, the high pressureload device, the speed-tune tank, the control tank, the printer and the computer. Themainframe consists the principal axis system, the slipway system, the static momentsystem, emergent detent system, the dust-empty cooling system and the direct currentelectric engine cuneiform-strap transmission system.The PLC of the control system is the CPM2A of the OMRON. The sensors arecomposed of the velocity sensor, temperature sensor and displacement sensor, whichare combined through the serial ports and system of the operating Windows system.Process of the detent test platform could complete automatically by the testprogram of devise in advance. Test program is File PRO too and is written by user.They use the language JF which is the program of JF series test machine devising. Thetest program is written for test machine JF. This is the first language which use designof program of friction materials platform test machine. They include explanatorysentence, executive sentence and commentary sentence. Test machine can completeevery standard and nonstandard test agilely by using language JF.The software devise of test platform has two parts. One is user alternatingplatform,including menu, instrument, operation,test course and state. The other is backapplied program,including signal collection,data disposal, control arithmetic.In devise of constant moment inertial software,it begin with metage and exam.After the first efficiency and match test,we can do the second efficiency and matchtest.We complete first heat-ebb test, then starting the fan 90s with 50km/h to dorenewing test. Then the third match test,the second heat-ebb and renewing test,the fifthmatch test , pipeline and adding power machine invalidation. Checking abrasion at lastand end this test program. In this procedure, constant moment output adjust by PID.Collecting the data of detent muzzle velocity, decelerate speed,detent originaltemperature,detent time,everytime lift-drop temperature and output detent moment.Then sent to data disposal system and wait for dispose.Every numerical value of testplatform include principal axis rev,detent pipeline pressure, grip brake pull,detentmoment,temperature.They demarcate by given system.Test platform dispose the program by result data,and print the result data and plotingcurve with printer. File of test result data format disposa(l*.Rep)could save data formatdisposal file for transferring next time after setting each parameter. In the data file,fileDAT is compatible with file of former test machine and keep the data file format.
